Overview of Programming and Services Available through Stella's Circle

Stella’s Circle is a non-profit community organization that transforms lives with Real Homes, Real Help, and Real Work. While most people have heard about Stella’s Circle, many do not realize the scope of support that Stella’s Circle provides to people who are often on the periphery of our community.
