Expansion of the Roots of Empathy Program in St. John's

 
Our club provided monies toward the expansion of the "Roots of Empathy Program". The program brings mothers and their babies into the classroom to teach students about "Empathy". The "Emotional Literacy" taught in the program lays the foundation for more safe and caring classrooms and may lessen bullying and other hurtful behaviours in our schools.
